Job Details
- Developing a complete understanding of all internal and supplier engineering processes, new commercial initiatives, best practice and the impact of inefficient processes, reviews or outcomes on customer journey, leakage etc.
- Retaining an up to date technical knowledge with new motor repair regulations and policies
- Designing and developing relevant, effective audit approaches and capture mechanisms which are flexible to accommodate our changing business needs and allow to capture, monitor and measure performance
- Managing relationships with senior personnel and effectively communicating across Engineer Teams, commercial teams, operational leaderships to ensure scoping, attendance and feedback is all delivered effectively
- Completing and managing on site and remote risk based audits when necessary, with ability to interpret and apply technical knowledge to contract builds and terms to develop audit questions
- Providing recommendations on areas for development and improvement, this could be savings, better contract adherence, KPI/SLA adherence and impact on customer journey and outcomes
Skills we would love you to have
- Strong technical knowledge and proven experience within the motor industry with either vehicle bodywork or mechanical knowledge (Audatex and Glassmatix estimating systems knowledge beneficial)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret MI and identify areas of risk and opportunity
- Excellent problem solving skills coupled with a proactive approach to work
