Human Resources Executive, Construction

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Human Resources Executive to provide essential support to HR department within the construction industry.
Oversee various HR tasks (Workers portfolio, Recruitment, Engagement, Training)
Ensure the efficient and effective administration of HR processes while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date workers records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and benefits enrollment. Update HR databases in Timesoft system and spreadsheets.
Onboarding and Offboarding
Assist in the onboarding process for new construction supervisors & workers, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, and setting up necessary tools and equipment. Support offboarding activities, such as exit interviews and collecting company assets.
Documentation and Filing
Organize and maintain physical and electronic HR files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. File documents and records in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
HR Communications
Assist in preparing and distributing HR-related communications, such as announcements, policy updates, and benefits information, to construction staff.
Recruitment Support
Coordinate interviews, schedule candidate assessments, and communicate with job applicants as directed by HR managers. Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Engaged agent on workers recruitment planning.
Employee (Workers) Inquiries
Provide basic information and assistance to construction employees/workers regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Redirect complex inquiries to appropriate HR personnel.
Timekeeping and Attendance
Assist in tracking employee, workers, manpower supply attendance and timesheets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Generate attendance reports for HR management.
Benefits Administration
Support benefits enrollment processes, including collecting required documentation and assisting employees with inquiries related to benefits packages.
Compliance Monitoring
Assist in tracking training compliance, certifications, and other HR-related requirements within the construction industry. Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.
Event Coordination
Help organize and coordinate HR events, training sessions, workshops, and employee recognition programs for the construction workforce.
General Administrative Tasks
Perform various administrative duties such as managing office matters, follow up invoices, quotations, application & renewal, scheduling meetings, handling incoming calls, and supporting HR team members as needed.
Qualifications
Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in HR or Business administration related field
Proven experience (4 years) in an administrative/ HR role, preferably within the construction.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices within the construction industry is desirable.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and databases is an advantage.
