As an Human Resources Recruitment Intern, you will be assisting the recruitment team in building our growing team of experts within the Capital Market industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct quality talent market research and proactive talent sourcing.
• Execute productive interviews (face-to-face, video conferences and phone) to qualify candidates and ensure a strong and thorough filtering process.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through effective candidate relationship management.
• Analyse and continuously improve the recruitment process in place.
• Work together with the team members on recruitment plans for junior financial systems consultants.
• Manage and organize the applicant tracking tool accordingly.
WHAT KIND OF INDIVIDUALS ARE WE SEEKING?
• Diploma or Degree Holder from relevant disciplines, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources
• Previous experience in sourcing technical and financial profiles for regional and international roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills in English.
• Proactive with the ability to deliver tasks on-time and capable to think out of the box.
• Proven organisational skills and able to prioritize well to cope with competing demands. –
• Experienced with Microsoft Office applications, as well as Applicant Tracking and Career Sites. –
• Able to commit a minimum of 3 months.
