• 透過監控和實施適用的人力資源聯邦和州要求、進行調查、維護記錄以及代表組織出席聽證會，確保法律合規性。
• 處理所有紀律和IR問題/爭議，包括調查、紀律處分、暫停和終止僱傭關係。
• 監督集團的端到端薪資處理，保持準確性並遵守法定要求。
• 透過識別候選人、進行面試和發出人力資源相關信件來管理招募和選拔流程。
• 向管理階層報告並透過人力資源指標提供決策支援。
• 其他臨時人力資源和管理任務可能會不時新增。

要求：

• 至少擁有人力資源管理或商業管理相關學科的學士學位。
• 需要至少3-5年相關領域的工作經驗。
• 具有高度的誠信和良好的領導能力、諮詢和談判能力
• 能夠與組織中的各個層級進行有效溝通
• 充分了解相關法定立法，包括就業法、EPF、SOCSO 和勞資關係
• 良好的人際溝通能力，解決問題的能力足智多謀，具有獨立工作的能力。
• 熟悉KPI設定、監控與審核
• 一絲不苟，對細節有敏銳的洞察力，確保高品質的工作產出。
