THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Forklift Operator (SECOND SHIFT - 2:30PM - 11:00PM EST) receives, stores, picks and dispenses raw materials and/or finished products. Coordinates timely accurate flow of materials from warehouse inventory to work-in-process/production areas. Coordinates timely accurate flow of finished products to support shipments to customers and other destinations. Responsible for loading and unloading of material with the use of a forklift.
Hours for this role are 2:30pm – 11:00pm EST and will work 5 days per week on a 6-week rotating schedule.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system
Via use of Cambar radio frequency inventory system, the employee stores, picks or assembles finished product for shipment
Understands and properly utilizes ship orders and associated warehouse paperwork and RF terminals for shipping/receiving finished product
Maintains proper FIFO flow of finished products (may include operation of a forklift truck with a push-pull attachment)
Stores, picks or assembles raw materials in the warehouse, verifying the commodity number, quantity, release status and lot number
Checks materials against packaging lists, invoices, freight bills or other pertinent documentation to assure conformity and accuracy
Delivers materials to production lines in a timely manner, maintains proper FIFO flow of raw materials and utilizes knowledge of both raw materials and finished product nomenclature
Cleans up both raw material and finished goods warehouse areas
Stages labels in mobile security carts for production lines
Understands and completes label control portion of work order
Maintains accurate records and reconciles inventory errors
Accountable for personal safety and adhering to the safety guidelines. Must communicate safety and GMP concerns to Plant Material Control/Columbus Distribution Center leadership & follow up to assure the concerns are addressed
Must supply materials to lines or move product to and from dock areas to maintain efficient shipping and receiving operations
This position is accountable for complying with applicable FDA (GMP), USDA, OSHA and Abbott regulations, policies, procedures or guidelines
PAY AND SHIFT:
The hourly pay for this position is $20/hour USD + 5% shift differential. This is a second shift position (2:30PM - 11:00PM EST) and works 5 days per week on a 6-week rotating schedule.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma/GED
Must have experience with sit down forklifts
Must be able to lift and maneuver objects of considerable weight (50 lbs.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of technical college computer operations courses
Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for infant formula and nutritionals
Ability to make decisions based on awareness of area operations
Ability to deal with people under high pressure and in a constantly changing environment

The Manufacturing Operator, Packaging is responsible for operating, cleaning, and maintaining all production related equipment in the secondary packaging area.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Start up and shutdown all equipment according to established procedures or specifications
Perform minor to major clearing of jams and downtime issues on the line
Reports any abnormal equipment function or product problems to the Supervisor
Safely operate of all equipment and promptly reports all incidents, injuries or safety hazards
Maintain a clean and safe work area by utilizing all 5S cleaning and tools necessary to keep the area clean and clear of debris, yet neat and organized
Maintain accurate and legible records such as Production Counts, Material Usage/Losses and properly document information on Batch Work orders as per the company procedures
Adhere to the product isolation procedures, along with sampling and proper identification of product status
Maintain adequate supply of materials to the equipment in operation, and also monitor supply usage and correct releases
Troubleshoots and make the necessary adjustments as required to maintain quality performance
Ensure both products and materials are of proper identification, correct codes and expiration dates
Complete inspection of products and materials to ensure acceptable visual and physical appearance
This position is accountable for all rules and regulations applicable to the manufacture of both pediatric and nutritional products.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Manufacturing Operator, Processing is responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system for our Tipp City, Ohio location.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:
Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentation of bulk slurries for blending operations
Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentation of computer-controlled heat treatment processes
Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentation of computer-controlled blending processes
Weighing/documenting/staging, utilizing a computer-controlled weigh system for batch ingredients
Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentation of a computer-controlled clean-in-place (CIP) system utilized for manufacturing equipment (i.e. tanks, heat treatment system, etc.)
Preparation/perform/document product Line work operations (i.e. Standardization/Final Water using ingredients, flavors, oils etc.)
Maintain area GMP compliance through routine cleaning of equipment, general area and preventative maintenance of equipment; adherence to batch work order and job procedures, while recording/maintaining accurate documentation

THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Associate Chemist I (Night Shift with Alternate Weekends; 6:30pm – 7:00am EST) position is responsible for performing analytical testing on raw ingredients, in-process and finished product and plant utilities for our Tipp City, Ohio location. This includes testing for release of product to manufacturing for further processing, filling and finishing. This is an onsite entry-level position, with ability for career growth within the Quality Lab. Relocation is unavailable.
PAY & SHIFT:
The hourly pay for this position is $23.00/hour plus a 5% shift differential and offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus. This is a night shift position from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am EST, and allows you to have every other weekend off.

Keeping our plant clean and free from contamination is your focus – and it’s so important! The Sanitation role ensures that assigned areas are properly cleaned using approved cleaning and sanitizing processes. You will be responsible for completely cleaning and sanitizing our plant efficiently. The Assistant Microbiologist (Night Shift + Alternating Schedule: 6:30pm – 7:00am EST) will carry out the approved tests to comply with the department objectives in a laboratory that supports manufacturing. There are samples that will be collected from the manufacturing floor.

The Manufacturing Operator, Packaging is responsible for operating, cleaning, and maintaining all production related equipment in the secondary packaging area.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Start up and shutdown all equipment according to established procedures or specifications
Perform minor to major clearing of jams and downtime issues on the line

THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Forklift Operator ($20/hr., 1st Shift; 6:30am to 3:00pm - Rotating Schedule) receives, stores, picks and dispenses raw materials and/or finished products. Coordinates timely accurate flow of materials from warehouse inventory to work-in-process/production areas. Coordinates timely accurate flow of finished products to support shipments to customers and other destinations. Responsible for loading and unloading of material with the use of a forklift.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system
Via use of Cambar radio frequency inventory system, the employee stores, picks or assembles finished product for shipment
Understands and properly utilizes ship orders and associated warehouse paperwork and RF terminals for shipping/receiving finished product
Maintains proper FIFO flow of finished products (may include operation of a forklift truck with a push-pull attachment)
Stores, picks or assembles raw materials in the warehouse, verifying the commodity number, quantity, release status and lot number
Checks materials against packaging lists, invoices, freight bills or other pertinent documentation to assure conformity and accuracy
Delivers materials to production lines in a timely manner, maintains proper FIFO flow of raw materials and utilizes knowledge of both raw materials and finished product nomenclature
Cleans up both raw material and finished goods warehouse areas
Stages labels in mobile security carts for production lines
Understands and completes label control portion of work order
Maintains accurate records and reconciles inventory errors
Accountable for personal safety and adhering to the safety guidelines. Must communicate safety and GMP concerns to Plant Material Control/Columbus Distribution Center leadership & follow up to assure the concerns are addressed
Must supply materials to lines or move product to and from dock areas to maintain efficient shipping and receiving operations
This position is accountable for complying with applicable FDA (GMP), USDA, OSHA and Abbott regulations, policies, procedures or guidelines
PAY AND SHIFT:
The hourly pay for this position is $20.00/hour plus a 5% shift differential . Hours for this role are 10:30PM to 7:00AM EST and will work 5 days per week on a 6-week rotating schedule.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma/GED
Must have experience with sit down forklifts
Must be able to lift and maneuver objects of considerable weight (50 lbs.)

Completion of technical college computer operations courses
