Job Description

• To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.
• To assist in monthly closing, journal adjustment, prepare closing report, assist in audit and tax matter.
• To handle daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities including preparation and processing of month end journals, stock take report.
• Manage payroll system and Admin task
• Maintain good communication with all departments as well as customer
• Provide support to the team and any other ad HOC duties as assigned.
