Kitchen Assistant:-

• Food Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of food, including cutting, chopping, and peeling ingredients, as well as measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes.

To assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring smooth operation of the Front Office. To be responsible in directing, coordinating, and monitoring the overall Front Office operation as directed by the Front Office Manager to meet the service standards of the Hotel. Job Description

• To assist the Front Office Manager in directing and supervising the activities of the sections of the Front Office.
• To ensure that guests are attended to with promptness, courtesy and efficiency and that guests’ complaints are handled with tact and diplomacy.
• To oversee the various sections within the Front Office Department to ensure optimum results.
• To oversee the FO operations in the absence of the FOM.

· Provide information on Marriott Bonvoy programme.
