As the RFFE Module design team leader, the candidate plays key design role in development and commercialization of MEMS Based RF-FE module for consumer electronics from new concept design, verification to mass production.

The successful candidate will be leading to build a multi-discipline team developing PA, Filters, LNA, RF switches and front-end modules for the high volume and fast-paced cellular handset market. Candidates will designs develop, modifies, and evaluates electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems on a multinational team basis.

Responsibilities:

- Co-working with international team including China, Singapore and Europe on a cross-disciplinary team basis

- Design and development of RF-FE modules to meet customer’s specification and needs

- Lead and produce 4G, 5G, WiFi module design, fulfil product lifecycle from engineering and transfer to production team

- Coordinate with engineering teams globally to produce module samples

Qualifications/Desired skills:

- Track record in commercialization of RF-FE modules.

- Broad understanding of RF analog component performance characterization via Smith Chart, tuning via passives, etc

- Extremely familiar with module application in RF application and have the ability to use advanced modelling techniques to design modules

- Strong skill in EM modelling and RF simulation tools Solid background in resonator/filter design, simulation, finite element analysis, layout, and package design

What you will be doing:

• Lead the development of AI-assisted developer tools features and end to end solutions involving tight collaboration with Nsight product teams, NVIDIA research and other AI experts within the company.

• Recruit a team to enable prototyping solutions and productizing within the Nsight developer tools suite

What we need to see:

The base salary range is 308,000 USD - 471,500 USD. Introduction

The Sr. Manager/ Deputy Director of Mobile RF and mmWave Business Line will be joining the team to drive GlobalFoundries Mobile RF Business.  Supporting the development and adoption of the next generation of RF technologies used in Smartphone and Wearable products.  This role requires an individual with deep knowledge of IC design, RF Front End development and technologies. The position reports to the Sr. Director, of Smart Mobile Devices & Wearables End Market.

GlobalFoundries is the global player in RF and mmWave process technologies and is looking for a lead who will extend our position.  Growing the business as 5G matures and we look towards 6G and extend bands like FR3.  RF and mmWave are one of the fastest growing end-market segments, and GF needs a lead with deep domain knowledge and thought leadership to grow our position in 5G & 6G markets. This Sr Manager will be an organizational leader, driving GF strategic investments in the RF domain and lead large ($>200m+), complex multiyear long-term agreements with customers. The right applicant will have a combination of business acumen and technical capability to interact with customer BU and R&D technical teams at their technical level and offer solutions to their present needs and collaboratively formulating their future roadmap requirements.

A core requirement for this individual is the ability to translate customer requirements to RF market requirements (MRD) and assist in the development of process technology requirements (PRD) as a deliverable to our technology solutions organization. This includes device requirements, PDK and design flow requirements, IP requirements and competitive technology benchmarking needs. The individual will work with the technology development, design enablement, finance, manufacturing, strategic marketing, and sales teams to develop the necessary product offering inputs for a successful approval exit. This role will be responsible for establishing the offering business case and by working closely with the product lines and sales to drive the business to generate profitable revenue for the business line.

Essential Responsibilities:          

• Understand market dynamics and requirements for the Mobile RF Front End and mmWave module
• Interaction with customers in partnership with sales to drive profitable revenue growth
• Define the market requirements, creating MRDs for new process technology and design IP
• Providing 5G RFFE and mmWave end market and system knowledge to downstream teams to influence GlobalFoundries process technologies and design enablement

• Marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategy in partnership with marketing team

Required Qualifications:             

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Engineering or related field
• 10+ Years of Experience in RF Semiconductor Product Field; 5+ year in a leadership role
• Deep domain expertise in RF Front End Modules, 5G mmWave and other wireless product development/marketing
• Travel Requirements:  25% of travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in engineering and/or Business Administration
• Product management and domain knowledge of 5G/mmWave, WiFi, IoT and automotive radar systems

We are seeking a Director of Front Office to direct and supervise the operational activities of the guest services teams to the appropriate levels of service and quality as defined by Loews Hotels.  The Director of Front Office will ensure the guest service team is exceeding expectations for telecom, front desk and concierge services as desired by the guest.  Overall responsibilities include room type management, training, team relations, communication, cash handling, day to day supervision in partnership with the front office leadership.

The Director of Front Office directs the exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient welcome registration, rooming and account settlement for hotel guests. Ensures prompt and complete satisfaction of guest requests and professional and timely resolution of guest complaints. Maintains accurate occupancy data and assists in maximizing daily rooms revenue through the application of effective yield management sales strategies. Liaises with Valet Parking provider to ensure smooth operation consistent with hotel standards. Trains, monitors and supervises the performance of all guest services employees.
