The Risk Services Trainer Transportation is responsible for developing, designing, and delivering Risk Services training content to customers, both internally and externally. In consultation with the Risk Services Management, the incumbent will assist in creating a roadmap for department-wide training and development of training programs that adequately supports department and organizational initiatives.

The Risk Services Trainer Transportation will be responsible for Identifying customer training needs, assist with marketing, promotion and presentation of Northbridge training services. They will establish learning objectives and expected outcomes for training programs, develop content outline of technical and reference material and design presentations, facilitator and participant materials, including job aides, facilitator guides, and evaluation tools.

Purpose of Job :

• Provide financial evaluation and control over individual sales territory and goal adjustments during the year, including goal changes resulting from restructures and integrations.

The posted range for this position is $138,976 to $218,887 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
