The Overall of view of responsibilities and guidance are:

• Candidate will learn the technicalities of secured/unsecured lending and banking Facilities offered such as Bilateral trade finance, Syndications loans and etc.
• Candidate will be provided training/guidance on banks KYC/CDD (Customer Deal Diligent) processes and thereafter are expected to assist in the KYC/CDD on boarding process for new client and annual review.
• Candidate needs to be able to demonstrate modern day banking theory learnt in school (including corporate finance and Banking regulatory such as MAS 626 guidelines).
• Assist in tracking End to End trades transection flow such as monitoring and matching LCs, IB, TR and price checks, at the same time monitoring any potential risk.

Opportunities & Exposure

• Candidates will be given the opportunities to assist RM/ARM in assessing and evaluating the creditworthiness of an individual and/or company from a borrower perspective.
• Access to Bloomberg terminals will be given to assist RM/ARM on short write up of economic outlook, trend of commodities prices and transection monitoring.
• Candidate will also be exposed to upstream/downstream departments such as Treasury, Compliance, Risk functions as well.

Projects:

• Certain work ownership and responsibilities will be given to candidate such as mini projects to streamline the KYC/CDD processes of the Bank.

During the period of this unpaid internship, The Learning Systems Professional 2 Intern will work as a supporting team member in a department to whose goal is to design and develop learning focused on onboarding clinical associates. The Learning Systems Professional 2 Intern will have an opportunity to participate in Humana's Medicaid formal training and engage formerly acquired skills to provide onboarding, technical and ad hoc support for the Learning and Development Team.

Job Description:

The Learning Systems Professional 2 Intern facilitates access to expertise, services and resources relating to technology-supported learning. 

• Welcomes and supports new associates in the onboarding process.

• Acts as consultant for the introduction of technology-supported learning.  Develops and deploys interactive e-learning in a multimedia or mobile environment. 

• Creates the user interface learning portals and print materials with an eye toward the clarity required for learning and information dissemination. 

• Assembles all the elements into a running course, adds interactivity, ensures the course can interface with a Learning Management System, if required.

• Collaborates with subject matter experts on appropriate technology-based learning solutions.

• Develops project documentation, including development standards, templates, and storyboards. 

• Provides technical troubleshooting support as related to learning programs.  Develops and deploys technology-based training (eLearning) and interactive e-learning courses and training modules. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.

• Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

The Learning Systems Professional Intern works in a department whose goal is to design and develop learning focused on providing Medicaid focused member care and improving health outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced skills navigating multiple systems and platforms and ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical difficulties in a remote environment.

• Proficiency using MS Office Suite, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel

• Intermediate to Advanced use of Excel (data filtering, pivot tables, VLookup, etc.)

• Intermediate to Advanced experience using SharePoint, Teams,

• Strong communication written and verbal

• Organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia Studio, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator and/or other e-Learning applications

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of BU/SUs - risk, product and processes regionally.
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of processes and controls and develop appropriate tests to be conducted and ascertain the level of testing of controls required.
• Escalate issues appropriately and timely.
• Ensure concise and clear audit findings and reports are presented on a timely basis.

Requirements:

• Degree qualification, with at least 4-6 years’ relevant experience in the internal audit of financial services industry, preferably with relevant experience in consumer banking, wealth management and/or legal & compliance functions
• Self-motivated and demonstrates the initiative & ability to work independently and effectively with multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), i.e., able to articulate key messages effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team mates.
• Proven robust analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Accounting or internal audit qualifications (Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)) are preferred. Other AML professional qualifications would be desirable.
