Reporting into the Deputy Chief Finance Officer, our Head of Finance – Strategic and Transactional Finance is a key member of the Trust’s leadership team and will work with senior leaders and Board members across the organisation and beyond.

· Promote and support business decision making within the Trust and will provide leadership to all aspects of financial support, analysis, modelling, and business cases associated with strategic projects.

Your new role
The main purpose of this role will be to oversee a team of 7-8 Finance Business Partners and ensure the delivery of key financial information for senior leadership. Responsibilities:

• Handle the full set of financial accounts, ensuring that financial data from projects is entered into the books of account and reconciled every month

Key Accountabilities

Reporting

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly closing and management and statutory reporting
