Job Responsibilities:

Manage the logistics and operations of research programme(s) , ensuring smooth coordination and completion of projects and related deliverables within stipulated timelines and budget.

To coordinate and be responsible for research and grant administration activities, monitor progress of research studies and research-related activities and organize events related to the research programme.

1. Project Management

Manage the planning and running of assigned research programme(s) and projects, including managing the timelines and coordinating the execution of project plans and initiatives, tracking project performance, managing associated initiatives and publicity efforts, etc.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met within timelines.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders on the ground coordination of projects including logistical planning and execution.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of associated initiatives and publicity plans separately or in conjunction with other major events.
• Manage approved funding and expenditure, including corresponding with funder, handling purchases and tracking the utilization of budget.
• Monitor progress of the projects and coordinate regular reviews with the project team and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in regulatory and IRB approvals for the research projects under the research programme(s), where necessary.
• Assist in preparation of relevant reports/ presentations/ materials

2. Research Administration

• Assist in grant management and administration e.g. collation and tracking of grant submissions, budget planning and utilization tracking, claims submissions.
• Monitor progress of research activities and outcomes
• Prepare relevant reports.
• Assist in supervising staff involved in data collection and data entry/ transcription.
• Assist in budget planning and utilization tracking.
• Assist in planning and development of initiatives and events arising from or related to research programme(s).
• Build relationships and collaborate with other divisions / departments and external partners where relevant to ensure smooth running of clinical research including logistical coordination between study teams and clinics
• Any other duties assigned by Senior Manager/ Director, Clinical Research Unit.

Job Requirements

• At least a bachelor degree, in a life science related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory, operations and administrative work in a healthcare organisation will be an advantage.
• Experience in clinical research and research regulatory affairs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

As a Manager within the Consumer Insights team, your responsibilities and key expectations will include

Insights Delivery

• Review and finalized draft designs (i.e. questionnaires, analytic plans, reports, presentations) prepared by junior team members.
• Translate data to insights, create compelling stories and powerful synthesis of findings to drive high impact business decisions through insightful and actionable recommendations.
• Support the Associate Director / Director in driving issue-based analyses, build effective analytical presentations and consultative storytelling to clients and presenting to the clients including C-suite management in a clear and compelling manner.

Client Management

• Provide ideas and thoughtful insights into new ideas and initiatives for clients, showing competency, mastery and consultative influential skill.
• Develop and maintain open-channel communication with top-level clients to create and foster business opportunities.
• Lead and promote strategic conversations and meetings with clients, which result in traceable CI business opportunities

Qualifications

The Role

The incumbent is the lead administrator to support the faculty to plan, coordinate and operationalise the faculty's Electives. This role will establish, review and streamline processes to ensure administrative excellence and continual improvement in programme management.

Job Description

• Lead a team to plan, co-ordinate and operation-alise the course posting
• Plan for all students to have placements at the various teaching sites
• Engage Adjuncts and plan for their involvement in campus-based teaching
• Lead team in organising all teaching materials before they are uploaded onto Learning Management System (LMS) in a timely fashion for tutors and students
• Support faculty in preparing the Posting Guide. Review & update documents for student (which includes Articles, Assessment Forms, Fundamentals, Essentials, and Compulsory Items Guide) on LMS before the start of Academic Year
• Collate Student Feedback requests from students
• Lead in the planning and implementation of posting’s End of Post-ing Tests and OSCEs
• Compile marks of all assessment components and ensure strict compliance with School’s standard operating procedures to achieve zero exam error
