Machine Shop Manager

This is a critical role which requires a strong technical background in managing a highly proficient machine shop team including the tool crib operations. This position has the overall responsibility for machine shop output in terms of safety, quality and on time deliveries. This position is also responsible for managing the supervisor and programing teams including design of tooling, fixtures, and machining sequence for complex features.
