Tasks and responsibilities:

• First point of contact for employee queries on relevant topics concerning benefits, company guidelines, time recording, absence due to holiday or illness as well as other employee-relevant topics via a ticket system
• System administration of the payroll and time recording program, including holiday and sick leave administration
• Support in the creation of reports, statistics and evaluations
• Data maintenance and administration within the framework of the HR tool WORKDAY
• Coordination of invoice processing via the Prorex management system, including support in the creation of provisions for quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Organisational and HR development: supporting employees and managers in the onboarding of new employees, their professional development and off-boarding.
• Work closely with the local HR department on employee motivation and retention.

Skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree.in any Discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in employee life cycle management which could include expertise in HR processes such as Recruitment support, Hire, Benefits administration, Payroll/Payment processing, statutory compliance, employee relations, query management, exit management, etc.
• Experience in direct employee query management via the designed communication channel.
• Proficient knowledge and experience in MS Office.
• Proficient knowledge on statutory and legal regulations is required.
• Local language proficiency German/Dutch/Italian
• Strong communication skills to efficiently manage employee queries (English).
• Excellent organisational skills, process oriented and a strong attention to detail.
