Collaborate with the game design team to create game concepts, mechanics, and systems

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to understand the branding guidelines and packaging requirements for You Tiao Chips.
• Assist in designing packaging concepts that reflect the brand identity and appeal to our target audience.
• Incorporate elements of Singaporean culture and heritage into the packaging design to showcase our pride in being a local brand.
• Ensure consistency in branding across the packaging and product labels.

• SSD NPM BLR for mobile and automotive projects & systemic improvement projects 
• Manage the plan, resources, time and tasks of the NPI cross functional teams, coordinating the completion of milestones with critical product development program goals and available resources.
• Develop ramp up plan for new products and conduct manufacturing readiness reviews (MRR) & postmortem.
• Supervise the readiness activities, communicating and driving priorities, and resolving technical, resources and other issues with cross functional teams to facilitate achieving the overall business goals.
• Facilitate phase review vs gating criteria (design to HVM – target yields, test time/UPH, Cpk, DPPM, Capacity, Materials, etc).
• Facilitate the transition of NPI handoff to sustaining Core Team for new products. Official hand-off will happen upon LPR.
• Develops and presents program status and review information (One Stop Product Health Dashboard) to department/corporate groups resulting in influencing the direction or decisions.

• Converting design files into ones suited for back-end developers
• Helping us design the best user experience for the website and our Mobile Application
• Suggest to improve software/application user experience
• To design marketing tools such as email templates, social media posts, banners, etc.
• To work with the marketing, business or psychology department when necessary
• If needed, designs for social media tools for our website and or mobile application

Roles And Responsibilities

• Accountants’ tool development: create small, practical spreadsheets-based tools that cater to the needs of accountants and finance professionals using Excel or Google Sheets (both built in functions and programming codes—VBA and AppScript/JavaScript)
• Research and analysis: Conduct research on the specific requirements and challenges faced by accountants in their daily tasks, analyse feedback from users and make iterative improvements to the handy tools
• Innovation and creativity: Explore innovative ways to streamline accounting processes using Excel, suggest and implement improvements and new features for existing tools
• Documentation: Document the functionality, usage instructions, and best practices for each handy tool you create, create user guides and tutorials to help accountants make the most of the tools

Job Requirements

• Interest in helping accountants improve work efficiency
• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, business, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline at an institute of higher learning in Singapore
