Project Liaison and Avionics and Systems Engineer

As a leader in systems engineering, we’re looking for you to solve complex challenges and shape cutting edge hypersonic development by being at the cutting edge of the Booz Allen team. Share your expertise through leadership and mentoring, while broadening your skillset into areas like hypersonics, risk management, and flight range operations. As an onsite representative, you will be focused on enabling program success and risk reduction. The ideal scenario is a candidate with experience in development programs, understands the challenges of a schedule driven program, and is focused on driving results for the mission partner. Successful candidates will work in team environment and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision.

You Have:
8+ years of experience with leadership and management roles in the aerospace industry
Experience with risk management in aerospace programs, including implementing risk mitigation strategies effectively
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with the testing of aerospace vehicles on US DoD ranges
Experience with working in aerospace and overseeing systems testing and development, including propulsion, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic
Knowledge of Acquisition, technology, and logistics lifecycle management
Possession of excellent analytical skills
TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
