GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Your role is pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our food and beverage products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams particularly marketing and sales to create eye-catching designs that not only showcase our products but also resonate with our target audience. Your creative talents will be crucial in conveying the essence of our brand through various mediums such as packaging, POSM, digital and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Design visually appealing packaging, labels, promotional materials, and digital content that align with the company's brand guidelines.
• Ensure that designs effectively communicate the product's quality and uniqueness.
• Branding: Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity through consistent design elements. Create and implement design strategies that reinforce the brand's image in the food and beverage industry.
• Product Packaging: Design and update product packaging for food and beverage items, considering factors such as shelf appeal, legal requirements, and industry trends.
• Marketing Collateral: Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content for advertising campaigns and trade shows.
• Photography, Videography, Image and Video Editing: Collaborate with photographers to capture high-quality product images and retouch/edit photos as needed for marketing and promotional materials.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' design strategies to ensure our designs remain relevant and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Familiarity with web design and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills – team player.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines.

Job Description

• Prepare project design documents, drawings & budgetary proposals.
• Work in a team to produce coordinated acoustic design with all necessary mechanical, electrical and spatial designs. 
• Project co-ordination and management.
• Attend project meetings.
• Perform site inspections and project commissioning. 
• Overseas Travel for meeting attendance and/or project site visit

Requirements: 

• Possesses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Specialization in Acoustics, Noise & Vibration, Mechanical or Building Services is preferrable.
• At least 2 years experience in Architectural Acoustic, Mechanical Design or Building Services is preferrable. 
• Project  management and site experience with exposure in SE Asia projects is preferrable.
• Knowledge and proficiency in using MS Project, AutoCad, Autodesk will be an advantage.
• Fluency in English Language both spoken and written. 
• Willingness to travel in South East Asia and Asia Pacific regions as and when required.
• Strong initiative, customer-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to meet tight schedule.
• Good writing skill and capable to produce professional design/ tender documents.
• Hard working and willing to learn.

• Analyze project specs and interior design plans.

• Administer contracts, conduct site visits, and monitor construction progress.
• Evaluate and compare quotations, prepare reports for contractor selection.

• Prepare valuations, progress reports, and final accounts for project cost tracking.
• Manage subcontractor payments, resolve contractual disputes, and maintain organized documentation.
