As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be part of our Commercial Team who are responsible for carrying out the administration of the commercial and financial aspects of our Capital Delivery Frameworks. The role will involve working closely with the Delivery Team delivering a variety of solutions on both clean and waste infrastructure projects.
As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the measurement and reconciliation of subcontractor accounts, material and plant costs. You will also be responsible for collation, coding and supply of plant, material and labour site returns to Quantity Surveyors on various projects. You will assist with subcontract order and payments process. You will be responsible for the provision of accurate and timely data to support the creation of interim and final account applications and month end reporting. Duties & Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation:
•Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects;

Qualifications & Experience:

We have an immediate requirement for a fully experienced MEP Construction Lead, who has the capability to drive the project to completion within the time and cost control requirements.
