We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and have a positive experience with our products or programmes. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with Programme Team on marketing penetration activities, generate leads from marketing campaigns and follow up on all marketing leads to help achieve training revenue.
- Support the Marketing Team to create effective penetration activities and align marketing messaging for the various customer personas.
- ·Analyse the needs and experiences of the customers and provide feedback to the Programme Team for enhancing the programme's value to the customers.
- Update customer information such as contacts, leads and opportunities in CRM and assign corporate leads to Account Managers for follow-up actions.
- Gain a complete and on-going understanding of the products, programmes, and promotion strategies and convey accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Support external partners in providing prompt and accurate information for the training programmes.
- Manage training revenue performance, provide regular reports and updates on the campaign outcomes and advise on activities enhancement; analyse, discuss and obtain feedback from Marketing team for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or degree (business related preferred)
- At least 1 years of working experience in sales or customer services-related industry
- Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and sales-driven
- Highly analytical, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Responsible at work and capable to work individually
