Team and Role:
- As a Customer Engineer you are responsible to deliver top-class support to global enterprises that drive the modern-day digital economy. You help support applications and infrastructure that enables thousands of customers to connect with their cloud services. You will be exposed to awesome tools, systems, and products as well as help brush up your IT skills like SQL, API, Networking and many more.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting customer reported issues and incidents
- Support documenting and creating Standard Operating Procedures for common incidents
- Experiment with enterprise grade products (Network Function Virtualization, On-Demand Hardware and Cloud Interconnection) that drive the digital economy.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions on how to improve support for the worlds biggest tech leaders
- Opportunity to network and collaborate with other interns, building relationships across the globe
- Take part in our global program with executive speaker series, networking events, project presentations and so much more!

Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications):
- You have knowledge or a strong interest in one of the following areas: Computer Networking, System Administration, Application Support, Server-side Hardware, SQL / Databases APIs
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a strong interest in contributing to projects that support customer success initiatives.
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree studies (Graduation between Dec 2024-Sept 2025)
- Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between May to September, depending on your school system)
- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business proficiency in English
