What you'll do...

Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing and in-stock and inventory levels; budgeting and forecasting sales; and assessing economic trends and community needs.

The Hotel Services Site Manager is responsible to lead, manage and coordinate food services and housekeeping staff at their residential site, and maintain the related service delivery standards and quality in these areas. Your new role

• Providing direct line management to a team of residential staff to deliver high standards of care.
• Leading shifts and supervising staff.
• Supporting Young People to achieve positive outcomes.
• Being an advocate for the wellbeing of the young people.
• Leading and assessing staff, carrying out supervisions, appraisals and risk assessments.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Level 3 Social Care Diploma or equivalent
• Experience of leading a team within a care setting
• Experience in a residential short break or children's services
• Experience of clear, concise record keeping via IT systems
• Understanding of GDPR, Safeguarding and relevant policies
• A clean driving license with access to a car with business insurance is essential

• Salary: £27,500 per annum plus minimum sleep allowance of £1200 per year
• Contract/Hours: Secondment, Full-time – 37 hours per week (starting 16th October 2023-1st December 2024)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Support Manager to work with us overseeing one of our supported living locations in Ellesmere Port.

The location is a step through service for 3 individuals with autism and learning disabilities which include a dual diagnosis. The purpose of this service is to support people coming from secure settings for a period of assessment and intensive support, before moving into their own homes within the community.

People we support may display behaviours that challenge so previous experience with complex needs is essential. Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support would be an advantage for this position.

You will need to be a good team motivator, have a knowledge of Transforming Care and be able to provide a person centred approach to all and be confident in delivering training.

You will be responsible for directly line managing a Deputy Support Manager and a team of Positive Behavioural Support Workers, by providing regular supervisions, appraisals and inductions, you will also be required to ensure quality and compliance is maintained within the location. This will include regular finance audits, updating the people we support plans, risk assessments and facilitating person centred plan meetings with and on behalf of the people we support.

You must have effective communication skills, and the ability to plan and prioritise your workload is essential.

Although you will be based locally, you will be a driver with access to a car as travelling for training and divisional meetings is essential.
