We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with specialist knowledge of Instrumentation and Control to join SZC, supporting our Nuclear Island (NI) programme throughout the delivery of the project.

The Role
Working closely with the Supply Chain, Responsible Designer and Quality teams, you’ll be dedicated to delivering a group of I&C systems & contracts within the SZC NI programme.
Ensuring a coordinated approach to design and delivery will be key, so you’ll need to manage the interfaces between internal and external stakeholders in the preparation of contracts, design changes, and managing risks and opportunities.
You’ll also develop and implement strategies and plans in line with the overall programme execution plan, define the scope of work to be delivered within contracts and packages of work, and drive the implementation of site
- specific design changes.
The Skills
You’ll be a Project Manager specialized in I&C, with Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering or Nuclear Engineering university background, capable of coordinating multi-disciplinary design/ procurement work, driving teams to deliver on time.
You’ll be able to demonstrate experience of managing projects through the project lifecycle from concept to handover, with:

- Experience of the pre-tender and tender stages of procuring contracts for the design and installation of industrial equipment.
- Experience of managing contractors, consultants and other advisors throughout large and complex construction projects, in a regulated environment.Having a record of delivering complex, large scale projects, whilst ensuring high levels of safety, security and environmental responsibility ideally within the Nuclear Energy sector or similar regulated environment, is necessary.
Additionally, you’ll have good presentation, influencing and facilitation skills as well as excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to develop relationships and maintain effective networks.

The Client Onboarding and Documentation (CO&D) program is a cross-business program focused on building a global platform to streamline the Client On-boarding and Documentation process. This transformation program's goal is to implement a standardized and consistent Client on-boarding approach across J.P. It includes specific groups such as WKO (Wholesale KYC Operations) and DDS (Digital Document Services). CO&D is supported by Operations Control Management (OCM) team whose role is to develop and manage a Control Program in each region that identifies and monitors significant risks and ensures compliance with operational policies, control procedures and legal/regulatory requirements.

As a CO&D Control Manager within OCM team, you will be responsible for managing the controls agenda in the APAC region whilst supporting global mandate including identifying and monitoring significant risks, ensuring compliance with operational policies, control procedures, and legal/regulatory requirements, and managing several engagements (e.g. Regulatory Exams, Regulatory Reporting, Internal/External Audits and Compliance Monitoring and Testing activities), special projects and risk assessments. Job Summary:

Represent TOUCH in outreach to potential donors and responsible for securing the resources to support TOUCH’s mission in serving the community.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Cultivate donor relationships (new & existing) to ensure a constant flow of funding and resources for TOUCH’s services.
• Build & maintain donor pipelines through maximizing existing fundraising channels and exploring alternative channels.
• Develop funding and/or partnership proposals in collaboration with our services to engage a variety of partners including (government agencies, corporate entities, philanthropic entities, educational institutions, individuals).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary reviewer in charge of new case review and perform independent credit assessment of credit cases submitted by the Corporate Banking Department and the Treasury Department.
• Perform independent annual credit review of existing credit cases (i.e. annual and ad-hoc credit reviews) submitted by the Corporate Banking Department and the Treasury Department.
• Prepare the necessary documents (i.e. original credit application, and voting form) and write minutes for the credit committee meeting.

Second line of defence responsibilities

As SCM (Corporate & Institutional Banking and Commercial Banking), I am responsible for the second line of defence responsibilities related to Credit Risk for Singapore which involves oversight and challenge of risk management actions from the First Line, including the following:

• Support development and maintenance of the CCIB SINGAPORE Credit Risk Type Framework (“CRTF”) which sets out the overall risk management approach for Credit Risk as applicable to CCIB SINGAPORE portfolio
• Support review of adequacy and effectiveness of the Credit Risk Appetite statements and metrics, as applicable to CCIB SINGAPORE.
• Monitor compliance to Board approved Credit Risk Appetite (as applicable to CCIB SINGAPORE using the risk information report and highlight significant matters for the attention of senior management and senior risk committees.
• For Credit risk (pertaining to CCIB SINGAPORE portfolio), provide independent oversight and challenge of all credit origination activities and approve credit risk exposures proposed by the First Line of Defence based on delegated authorities. Responsible for ensuring that the quality of the portfolio is being maintained within acceptable parameters and for escalating significant risks and issues to the senior Management and senior risk committees as appropriate.
