Role Description

The Account and Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial report and statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, implementing financial policies, and maintaining records. • To manage and achieve sales objectives in assigned accounts (private and restructured hospitals, clinics and general practitioners), leveraging on existing and expanding customer base with aim of growing market share.
• Build and establish relationships with key decision makers to grow sales and market share in the wound care field.
• To support wound care procedures in practices in the use of our instruments and products.
• Organise and conduct in-service demonstration, training and workshops to healthcare professionals.
• Prepare and submit tender documents as and when necessary.
• To prepare and submit daily reporting to superior.

 Requirements:

• Preferably with 5 years related sales experience in medical sales.  
• At least Degree holder, preferably in marketing, business or equivalent.
• Self-motivated, dynamic and sales driven.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to team members and assigned team members' work and roles to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. 
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the human resources function on employee relations, administrative, payroll, and benefits programs.
• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Assist in ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Conducting interview, selection, and training of new team members. 
• Keep in touch with the latest changes in the domain of laws relevant to human resource function. 
• Take the initiative to suggest and work on improvement plans and policy to gear towards achieving and excelling set out targets.
• Manage and lead the Operations team to achieve set out targets.
   

Requirements: 

• Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of labour law.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
• Experience designing compensation and benefits packages.
• Ability to develop clear and fair company policies.
• Good analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Team management skills.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field; MSC is a plus.
