REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Civil Engineering and registered with BEM
• Min. 6 yrs (Senior Engineer) and 2 yrs (Junior Engineer) of work experience as C&S Design Engineer in Consultancy Firm.
• Knowledge in Precast/ Pre/Post Tensioning design would be an advantage.

Job Description:

Responsible for end to end spectrum of Contract Management.
To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the company.
Responsible for drafting and review contractual documents and dealing with contractual disputes and/or issues.
Pre-qualification of tenders, evaluate and recommend to Management.
Liaison with consultants for the whole process of tendering exercise involving of strategizing the tender packages, evaluating the suitable of a particular Form of Contract and specific conditions of tendering.
Review tender and contract documents prepared by the consultants.
In charge of tendering exercise especially tender, including calling of tender, review tender reports, attend tender interviews, negotiate, finalize, and prepare recommendation report to Management for award of contracts.
Liaison with the consultant QS to provide monthly project financial statement for reporting purpose.
Prepare analysis and comparison on alternative proposal.
To monitor timely process by the consultants for variation works submitted by the contractors.
Review the Statement of Final Accounts prepared by the consultants.

Organization Description
Our client is a leading construction and property developer with substantial projects across Malaysia. Due to business expansion, they now have an opportunity for a dynamic Finance Manager to join their finance team based at their corporate head office at Bandar Bukit Jalil in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur.  
Job Description
Reporting to Financial Controler, you will be leading a team of finance and accounting professionals, oversee the accounting and financial aspects,managing multiple projects. As senior Fimance Manager, you will manage all budget and forecast,cash flow control  and monitor project financing and fund raising. 
Job Requirements
You must possess a bachelor degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CIMA with a minimum 10 years experience background in property development. You should have knowledge and hands on experience in WIP accounting and project finance. In addition, you will be an enegetic and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, fluent in English and conversant in BM and Mandarin.
