My client is one of the region's most successful firms specialising in audit, tax, and consulting, still growing and aiming to achieve their high ambitions. They work with clients from various backgrounds including retail, media and technology, real estate and construction, energy, and natural resources from owner-managed businesses through to corporate clients. They are now searching for a VAT Manager/AD to join them on a hybrid-working basis at their Birmingham office to continue their development and deliver premium services to their clients.
Your new role
As a VAT Manager/AD, you will be in control of VAT client work, ensuring all assignments are reviewed and prepared to the highest standards. You will participate in detailed planning as well as implementation of VAT work, ensuring all is achieved within timeframes and budgets specified. Day to day tasks will also include working closely with Partners ensuring agreed expectations are achieved, and more junior colleagues ensuring work is reviewed and any queries answered, while developing and advancing own knowledge. Your tasks will also include being a main point of contact for your clients.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful client will have solid and demonstrable VAT experience, and effective team leadership skills. The client is also looking for ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified candidates. You should also possess experience in client handling and project management.

The Senior Manager/Director, Strategic Partnership will be responsible for leading all fundraising activities and strategies for Centre for Fathering: DADs for Life and MUMs for Life.
