3) Fresh graduate Sales : no have any sales experiences relevant in IT hardware / Infrastructure industry.

This area of work is open to all graduates, but a degree or advance diploma in one of the following subjects may be particularly useful:

· mathematics

· physics.

While a relevant degree is not always essential, subjects with high technical content, or a business management component, may be favoured by employers.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Take responsibility for the success or failure of material shipping and delivery schedule.
• Responsible for registration and coordination freight/ Shipper companies including other related agencies to optimize efficient movement.
• Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation. (if any).
• Responsible for the organizing and delegation of all activities performed in the warehouse.
• Responsible to handle overall warehouse operation including do packaging, send out the goods to customers and etc.
• Responsible for the security of the stocks in warehouse.
• Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the general administration of the warehouse and using the computer system for purchase inventory (approval by management), returns process etc; goods in/out, dealing with documentation (Delivery Order & Shipping documents), raising stock discrepancies, assisting with stock management, providing support and assistance to internal and external party, helping to resolve complaints and enquiries.
• Reporting (content and format as agreed) as required.
• Involved in the physical stock count.
• Customer service operation.
• Follow superior instruction.
• Any other task/duties assigned by manager whenever necessary or may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Secondary/Diploma/Degree or any other equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in warehousing and distribution.
• Good personality and good working attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Preferred candidate got van license(GDL).
• Willing to learn.
• Posses own transport, sense of responsibility and hardworking.
• Fresh graduates encourage to apply.
