Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) in data gathering, managing, monitoring and analysis for the projects from construction, Commissioning and operation.
• Creative content development, includes designing of proposals HSSE communications. Creation of templates to facilitate the teams in their submission of data and HSSE information.
• Support in the development of HSSE management system procedures, and communications of system updates and procedures.
• Interface with entities HSSE professionals & provide support and improve HSSE performance, data analysis developing lessons learnt communications.
• Plan and organize HSSE related activities or events to promote and educate staff on good safety culture and good work practices.
• Support Develop in house training material/video, organise and maintain records.
• Prepare or review publication materials for clear HSE matters communication with Engie staff and contractor partners workforce.
• Website and Analytics. Maintain corporate HSSE Quality website’s content for the region while ensuring that all contents are accurate and up to date.
• Develop the HSE Communications by working through HSSE teams with research and presentation activities as and when required.
• Analyse industry HSE trends to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
• Conduct EHS inspection when necessary.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Occupational Safety/Health or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in construction and/or manufacturing industry
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Creative thinker with good design sense, strong visualization skills and good portfolio in multimedia design.
• Proficient in Adobe Cloud and other multimedia design tools, MS Office, particularly advanced levels in Word and PowerPoint
• Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator qualified Adv Workplace Safety and Health Certificate is an advantage
• Obtained other WSH qualification like Work At height Manager, Confined Space Assessor, WSH Risk Management qualification is an advantage

The PR Account Executive (AE) will be responsible for assisting in executing all aspects of account work within their dedicated practice, as well as performing ad-hoc administrative assignments as needed for the benefit of the clients and the agency. The AE plays a critical within their practice by supporting the PR team in creating content, media pitching and client relationship management. This is a role with growth opportunity and suited for PR professionals looking to take the next step up from support work to potentially managing their own accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains productive relationships with clients, as well as with the editors, reporters, bloggers and influencers with whom he/she will regularly interact
• Demonstrates excellent judgment and ability to solve problems on his/her own. He/she will learn to help develop public relations strategies and coordinate team efforts to implement them
• Possesses excellent writing and editing skills. The AE will be developing all manner of content for media pitching, including pitch letters, press releases, byline articles, specification sheets and media announcements. In addition, the AE will also help to develop client-related materials such as briefing books, program reports and memos.
• Works with account supervisor to develop and implement program strategies and assist in the writing of public relations plans and conducting media/blogger “pitching.”
• Conducts research, including measuring public relations, integrated marketing, which includes, among other tasks, compiling press clips, writing media placement and digital analytics reports
• Plans conduct or supervise the media/blogger relations tasks including pitching efforts, follow-up contact, reporting, campaign fulfilment, etc.

Requirements:

• Lead the planning and development of public affairs, communications strategy and operations to help drive brand awareness and thought leadership
• Responsible for ongoing public relations and communications operations including press releases (drafting & distribution), drafting of corporate FAQs, drafting of media enquiries responses, thought leadership papers and speaking opportunities, editorial calendar planning and etc.

Qualifications:

• 5 years relevant working experience in public affairs/corporate communication/public relations
• Experience in clean/renewable energy or similar will have an advantage
• Digital marketing experience will be a bonus

Role: Secretarial Support Executive

At SBHS, we believe in fostering a culture of learning and collaboration to further behavioural medicine and promote better health. As a Secretarial Support Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our operations, including memberships, workshops, and events that directly impact the community.

We are looking for someone eager to learn, meticulous and responsive with tasks. There will be plenty of opportunities to learn from and interact with researchers, doctors and healthcare practitioners from the field of behavioural and public health. Students (tertiary education and above) are welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities: The roles and responsibilities of the Secretarial Support Executive include the following:

a. Assisting with the organisation of workshops and scientific meetings by the SBHS

b. Physical attendance at workshops and meetings organised by SBHS (on average once a month)

c. Attending society meetings on zoom every other week with writing of agenda and minutes

d. Management of the Society’s email account

e. Updating the SBHS website and social media pages

f. Drafting quarterly newsletters and relevant publicity material

g. Tracking of society membership, registration and expenditure

h. Ad-hoc tasks as required

Work hours and honorarium

- $400 a month paid directly to the candidate (no CPF contribution or other employment benefits). Responsibilities are expected to take on average 6-8 hours a week at baseline

- The society is organising a few major events this year, including its 3rd Annual Scientific Meeting on 27th(afternoon) and 28th October 2023 (full day). Attendance for this is mandated

- Due to increased activities, an enhanced honorarium of $600 per month will be applicable until December 2023, requiring approximately 10-12 hours a week.

Term: The initial term is one (1) year, unless either party decides to terminate the appointment with a 30-day written notice. Immediate commencement is preferred. Role Description

This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and interfaces with Company managers, suppliers, partners and clients as regards holistic integrated security solutioning.

Specific Responsibilities

• Onboarding existing clients to digital security management solutions
• Oversee and execute security systems integration projects
• Improve on and remedy any security systems issues
• Seek out and implement new technologies to improve service delivery
• Maintain and upkeep existing security systems

Competencies

The candidate will need the following competencies to thrive in this role:

• Familiarity with conventional security technologies, in particular CCTV, 2-way intercom, access control, IoT integration, and data network technologies
• Able to troubleshoot and identify issues concerning hardware that is deployed to client sites
• Able to propose tech solutions to problems faced by clients and the company
• Familiarity with the local security industry and work practices

Candidates meeting the following additional criteria will be at an advantage for consideration:

• Possess Class 3 or Class 2B/2A/2 license
• Deeply competent in using Microsoft Office products
• With working experience in the security industry and/or in systems integration
• Possess knowledge in video content analytics and cross-platform interoperability using APIs
