This Head of Service role has a primary focus on hospital discharge and the

Council’s relationships with health colleagues. We aim to facilitate timely discharge,

achieving the best outcomes for people in Cambridgeshire, and supporting

them to live at home, in their communities for as long as possible. You will

report to a Service Director in our Adults, Health and Commissioning

directorate where you will have a supportive peer group of Heads of Service

covering various service areas.

As Lead Chaplain be responsible for the operational development, oversight and implementation of spiritual, religious and pastoral care provision throughout The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust within chaplaincy standards and in line with the Trusts chaplaincy policy and objectives. To be accountable to the Head of Patient Experience in developing, sharing and implementing the protocols, policies and procedures for the Chaplaincy Team, in accordance with Trust and national professional and practice codes and policies as they apply to healthcare chaplains, as well as sit on Trust Commitees. Ensure systems are in place for audit, reviewing the implementation of local and national policies and guidelines. Manage external contracts, respond to complaints and undertake appropriate risk assessment and management for chaplaincy-related activities. To be accountable to the Head of Patient Experience in identifying the need for and implementing service changes as necessary and in response to emerging service pressures and to ensure that these changes are consistent with healthcare chaplaincy nationally. Undertake and publish an annual review of Chaplaincy services, an accompanying action plan and prepare reports for managers, Trust committees, Trust Board and Ecclesiastical Authorities as requested. Facilitate open and inclusive discussions regarding the future direction of chaplaincy, working with the Head of Patient Experience in the development of a Spiritual Care Strategic Framework. Responsible for ensuring effective collaboration with the Trusts healthcare and multi-disciplinary teams in the development of care plans for patients, highlighting the significance of spiritual care in health and wellbeing across the Trust, as well as visiting patients, carers, relatives and staff regularly and, when requested, caring for the seriously ill, the dying and the bereaved in consultation with medical and nursing staff. To conduct or plan the provision of regular and appropriate acts of religious observance and ensure that the spaces and resources required for these observances are appropriately managed. To respond quickly to requests for baptism and marriage where the patient has a life-threatening condition and, when necessary, work with the local Superintendent Registrar. To lead in the provision of Chaplaincy response to Major Incidents, according to the Trust Major Incident Plan, ensuring relevant training for all Chaplaincy Team Members. Manage patient care/clinical responsibilities while adhering to the Code of Professional Conduct as laid down by the College of Healthcare Chaplains. Provide expert consultation and advice to other staff on the management of spiritual care needs of their patients and act as an informed resource in complex ethical, theological, pastoral and spiritual care encounters with individuals and the institution. Responsible for the establishing and maintaining of links with local faith and belief groups in the community with the aim of both, increasing their awareness and understanding of spiritual healthcare. This exciting new post will be the first Band 6 therapy role within the IPOCH team, reporting to the IPOCH team leader who holds an Occupational Therapy registration. The post will be based within the IPOCH hub, predominantly working within the community in both Pathway 1 and Pathway 2 to assess and review patients to ensure flow within the service, focusing on the Home First approach. Our Pathway 2 beds are based around Cheshire, and the post holder would support in delivering the rehabilitation to these patients as well as working with the MDT in complex discharge planning. Main duties:

You will have a key role in supporting the departments responsibility for the maintenance, repair and sub-contractor management of Medical equipment. This will Include first line support to users of Medical equipment to Optimise systems up time to gain maximum use of Medical equipment.

Ideally, you will possess a minimum of HNC in Electronics and Clinical engineering and have relevant experience since qualifying in the field of Medical Electronics. Knowledge in the application and repair on a wide range of Medical equipment used in a hospital and community is essential although some specific training will be provided.

Consideration may be given to applicants will reduced knowledge and skills, who follow a personnel development program on a reduced grade.

The post holder will provide specialist technical knowledge for the implementation and delivery of a long-term operational plan for cost effective and efficient management and deployment of safe medical devices across the Care organisations. This post resides within the Digital and Data directorate who are responsible for ensuring that digital technology fully supports the integration of health and care services across the ICP- putting residents at the centre of their care. The Digital and Data directorate leads system-wide activities to transform the use of digital and data to support a modern and sustainable health and care system. The directorate brings together both local authority and health needs into a common single approach for the system, which is underpinned by organisational specific priorities.

As the Technical Product Owner for the ICS shared care record you will support bringing together information from the electronic records held by the different places that our population receive care. This allows health and care professionals to access a real-time summary of key information, safely and securely as they deliver care to our population

• Creating and maintaining the business, applications, data and technical architectures of the ICS.
• Support multiple teams across the system, finding and using best practice and emerging technologies to support the needs of the ICS.
• Provide Technical architecture support with our partners as agreed through a memorandum of understanding.
• Be responsible for relevant programme governance in relation to the programme requirments, solving complex and high-risk issues or delivering architecture design.
• Inspire wider technical leads across the system and help them understand how to deliver the goals of the programme and wider system.
• Network and communicate with senior stakeholders across organisations and proactively seek out opportunities for digital transformation
• Maintain a comprehensive register of systems in place and working with system partners to ensure our collective infrastructure remains current and within suppliers’ support periods.
• Analysis of solutions to ensure and demonstrate solutions meet key requirements.
• Writing detailed design specifications in support of the programme solutions.
• Exchanging specialist information with colleagues from similar and other disciplines including providing key specialist advice
• Representing ICS at meetings, conferences, and events as appropriate
• Actively contributing to ICS public profile and presence through presentations, media and social media
