Job Responsibilities

• Processing staff claims & reimbursement of expenses
• Update daily exchange rate into accounting system
• Verify the supplier inv before submit for payment
• Key-in and update supplier Inv
• Prepare and updating payment to supplier
• Issue customer credit note or debit note

The Shipping & Logistics Assistant Manager will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our shipping and logistics operations.
