Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate deep relationships within an established network in mainland China and Singapore, with particular focus on High Net Worth Individuals and Family Offices.
2. Drive acquisition and growth of our blue-chip fine art clientele.
3. Ability to identify and build a network of high quality prospects through developing and nurturing your own clients through networking efforts.
4. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging a portfolio of artists and artworks procured by the company.
5. Deliver unparalleled customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering longterm relationships.
6. Stay abreast of latest industry trends, market dynamics and global economic factors to provide informed and strategic advice to clients.
7. Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure a streamlined transaction process and to develop strategies for client growth in designated markets.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in English (essential), Mandarin (essential), and Cantonese (preferred). Mastery of additional languages will be viewed favourably.
• Demonstrated prowess in sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Prior experience selling tangible asset classes such as fine art, precious metals, gem stones and other high value luxury products is essential.
• Strong existing network & networking capabilities within mainland China, and a proven history of generating sales from HNWI & UHNWI in personal and professional networks.
• An astute understanding of the art market and the nuances of buyer practices to maximise product / client fit to deliver sales objectives.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an innate ability to build and nurture relationships.
Education:
• A Bachelor's degree or higher from a prestigious institution. Specialized training or certifications in finance, art, or related fields will be advantageous.
