• Plan and prepare schedules for project implementation

In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various aspects of A&A projects from initiation to completion, with a particular focus on Interior Works.

RESPONSIBILITYES

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Develop project plans and oversee all operational and administrative procedures from project initiation to completion

· Involvement in proposal and tendering phase to provide insights and advice

· Collaborate with Client, Consultant Teams and Sub-contractors to ensure that project objectives are met, and overall construction progress are within time schedules

· Monitor and control project costs and expenses to ensure that project stays within budget

· Stay updated on regulatory requirements, and ensure all necessary submissions, clearances and documentation are in place

· Ensure that work meets the quality standards and specifications set forth in the project plans and contract documents, and comply with local building regulations and company ISO standards.
