• Analyze operational performance of distribution centers, enabling stakeholders to achieve KPIs such as service level, productivity, capacity utilization, and costs-to-serve.
• Effectively engage with cross-functional internal stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights to senior management, and recommending successful solutions.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Business Insights team to develop data-driven models, visualizations, and analytics for supply chain challenges and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure efficient communication across functional teams by conveying trends, drivers, and takeaways in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end supply chain experience with network design and optimization.
• Proven exposure in managing supply chain or inventory optimization and/or performance management.
• Analytical experience with large data sets, including BI tools, Supply Chain Network Modeling, visualization, financial modeling, and relational data structures.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, etc., and hands-on experience with Cloud-based tools/technology is beneficial.
• Demonstrated good interpersonal and communication skills
