The transaction banking working capital management role originates, structures, and manages (complex) working capital financing solutions (receivables and payables based) typically on a limited or non-recourse basis. Global Markets - Technology Audit

As a Global Banking & Markets Engineering auditor, you will be involved in auditing various technology systems / applications used within the firm to provide assurance on the application controls related to Front Office like trade booking, Operations applications, data quality, data flows, data calculation processes used for regulatory reporting, along with other General Technology Controls including Application entitlement, Data Retention and Software Change Management.

Your Impact

As part of the third line of defense, you will be involved in independently assessing the firm’s overall control environment, and communicating the results to the firm’s local and global management the effectiveness of the firm’s controls that mitigate current and emerging risks, and monitoring the management’s implementation of control measures. Credit Structuring develops and markets trade ideas and executing trades for real money and institutional accounts across AeJ.

The role requires cooperating closely with sales, trading and other structuring teams globally on developing financing, derivative solutions and asset side credit transactions.

Product expertise required includes (inter-alia) a deep understanding of:

I. structuring SPV transactions for the purposes of

• a. risk transformation [derivative overlays],
• b. market access products
• c. Islamic credit linked notes

II. mark-to-market [repo / TRS] and non-mark-to-market [NAV / loan on loan] financing solutions

The candidate is expected to also have experience in accounting and regulatory matters, including (inter-alia) consolidation / de-recognition analysis; true-sale matters; application of CRR, SACCR, B3.1 developments.
