RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices and etc.
• Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the Company's specifications.
• Plan and schedule delivery and procurement according to order requirement.
• Assist Accounts Executive on accounts related works.
• Provide general administrative / clerical support including phone calls, mailing, filing of documents, scanning, data entry etc.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting Studies or equivalent and familiar with Microsoft Office.

Job Scope:

• Maintain an effective filing system for all documents and record
• Prepare, issue and monitor all payment related matters
• Prepare related monthly reports according to schedule
• Perform data entry work accurately and in a timely manner
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail
• Assist in accounting tasks with accounting/inventory softwar
• Assist in handling day-to-day administrative duties
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,
• Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (an added advantage)
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Botanic Capital,Klang.
• Know basic accounting issue invoice, cheque and trade receivable knowledge
