Responsiblitities:

· Carry out daily preventive and corrective maintenance and comply with safety at work.

· Alert Superior of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or may occur at work site.

· Monitor, trouble shoot and maintain effective functioning of all equipment (AV/M&E), to carry out trouble shooting to rectify faulty equipment or components during emergency and client’s amenities.

· Daily checks on the cleanliness and testing of all equipment in Auditorium, Theatre, Training, Meeting rooms before and after each event; all rooms/equipment must be serviceable at all times.

· Operations of AV equipment and to provide technical support advice related to AV equipment to client.

· Assist in Ministerial and VIP visits, National events and to client requests, when required.

· Attend weekly logistic meeting with client on events requirement for events and liaise with event organizers on logistic support and event set up requirements.

· Monitor caterers set up and ensure that cleanliness is upkept after each event and safety at work.

· Verify and endorse of completion of work carry out by Term and Ad-hoc vendors/ Sub-contractors.

Any other duties deemed necessary for the effective management & accomplishment of the department’s objective.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Electronics and Communication or equivalent

· Min 2 year of working experience with AV system and computer knowledge.

· Posses out-going personality, inquisitive mindset to explore and uncover technicalities to everyday problems

Facilities Technical Officer

Providing office facility management admin and coordination work in Fujifilm office premises and other site offices. Administrative work of office helpdesk request, facilities, and maintenance services Administer the holistic and comprehensive purchasing/payment process related to office facilities/properties.

Responsibilities

• Facility Administration and Coordination
• To administer and responsible for facilities helpdesk request, record keeping the request and close it in timely and responsible manner for all Fujifilm
• To administer office facilities administrative work not limited to season parking, access card, keys and cabinets, workdesk, stationaries, etc.
• To administer all purchasing & payment process between Fujifilm and its vendor and landlord (vice versa) at main and site offices (not limited to quotation/PR/PO/Blanket PO/Invoicing/DO/cross charge and payment related matter).
• The candidate should be able to work collaboratively, independently, and respectfully, acceptance for training to improve management & communication skills, actively involved in department events / meetings, and to support facility coordinator lead during absence.

The Role

This position will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of properties.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of properties.
• Manage service providers on maintenance works and obtaining quotations for maintenance / improvement works.
• Attend to tenants’ feedbacks and liaise with tenants to maintain good tenant-landlord relationship.
• Facilitate in the handing over / taking over of premises from tenants.
• Processing & monitoring of tenant’s fitting out works.
• Walk the ground regularly to inspect condition of the properties and to highlight any works to be done where appropriate.
• Carry out forecasting, budgeting and accrual.

Job Requirements
