The role
The role is full time permanent position that will be based at corporate head office in Kuala Lumpur. As Company Secretarial Executive, you will provide support to the Group Company Secretarial and Board of Directors in carrying out corporate secretarial functions. You will assist in managing corporate secretarial functions that are according to statutory compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia listing requirements and Securities Commission. Candidate Profile

Job Description
Chrisjac is currently seeking individuals who are interested in Executive Claims/Adjuster position for an established general insurance company in Kuala Lumpur. This position would be based at their Motor Claims Department responsible for record keeping tasks and filling of documents, completing paperwork and administrative duties.
This position will be ideal for SPM or Diploma qualification holders. The main job responsibilities will be to provide administrative support within the Department, support the claims and underwriting departments in respect of making payments.
The main tasks will include:
*Responsible for managing settlement of claims in accordance with company policy and procedure.
*Ensure claims are processed in accordance with the company's Claims Service Standard and BNM's Guidelines on Claims Settlement Practices.
*Checking on all new claims registration and/or claims adjustment.
*Checking/Verification of documentation, assessment of claims and providing recomendation for settlements.
*Assignment of adjusters and/or solicitors to conduct investigation.

Introduction
Our client is an established Public Listed Company with diversified business activities. They are right now seeking to appoint a corporate/company secretarial/ICSA graduate to assume the role of Company Secretarial Executive.
The role
The role is full time permanent position that will be based at corporate head office in Kuala Lumpur. As Company Secretarial Executive, you will provide support to the Group Company Secretarial and Board of Directors in carrying out corporate secretarial functions. You will assist in managing corporate secretarial functions that are according to statutory compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia listing requirements and Securities Commission. Part of your duties will include providing advice on corporate matters and legal responsibilities relating to corporate governance.
Candidate Profile
Candidates who aspire for this role must be matured with pleasant personality, pro-active person with positive work attitude. You must be able to demonstrate strong corporate administration skills. In addition, you must have working knowledge of governance principles and a background in company secretarial support role or corporate law.
Qualification & Experience:
*Bachelor degree in Corporate Administration or professional qualification ICSA(Qualified or Part-qualified).
*At least 2 years of corporate company secretarial practice.
*Good knowledge of provisions of the Companies Act,Bursa Malaysia Listing requirements.
*Good command of spoken and written English; proficent in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
*Good interpersonal/communication and minutes writing skills.
*Proficient in computer skills.
