What will you be doing?
As our White Claw sales executive you will secure listings of White Claw at new accounts across the city, working with venues in the hospitality industry with a focus on late-night venues, Casual dining, Entertainment venues, competitive socializing, and high street sites. Service Cloud is a cloud-based customer service application built on the Salesforce platform. Service Cloud enables businesses to improve customer service efficiency across channels both by creating a single view of a customer's activity and by the use of tools for field service, web chat, CTI and social customer service. Service Cloud enables customer service agents to work faster and more productively across customer service channels like such as phone, email, web chat, and social media. This helps make customer service frictionless and helps businesses improve their customer satisfaction scores and reduces costs.

Role Description:
Salesforce is looking for a talented, hardworking individual with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive awareness for the fastest growing application Salesforce, the Service Cloud. The Account Executive role focuses on the Salesforce Service & Support and Call Center Application and the Field Service Management solutions. The Account executive will formulate and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy, drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in the Commercial space. The Service Cloud Co-prime AE will work in good cooperation with the Core Account Executive and the broader account team.

You will work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with customers on the Salesforce Service Cloud to evangelise solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisations. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our community.

Requirements:
Experience and consistent track record in solution sales within the software industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.
Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role.

• To contribute to Singapore portfolio growth through the strategic development of Singapore Key Accounts, limiting reductions and/or terminations, and ensuring the maintenance and development of existing customers.
  
• Ensure relationships are maintained, managed, and developed across all existing and potential customers.
  
• Ongoing relationship management of accounts ensuring increased sales, analysis of sales activity, and trading optimization is achieved.
  
• Monitor competitor activity, report back to the Key Accounts Manager / Director, and suggest and assist with the construction of counter measure strategies.
  
• Ensuring profitability is analyzed on a monthly basis and action taken to constantly strive to improve previous results
  
• Establish strategic account clients and develop penetration methods and review the progress at monthly meetings.
  
• Achieve quarterly and yearly Company sales margins and goals.
  
• Develop proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and implement contractual agreements with accountability for delivering strong financial results.
  
• In conjunction with relevant Functional Heads, complete and submit tenders for Key Accounts.
  
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and their specialty area of practice.
  
• Ensure regular, timely, and constructive communication with key accounts is maintained, both by phone and in person.
  
• Produce accurate and timely reporting that focus on all relevant aspects of Key Accounts:
  
• Sales analysis and termination reporting
  
• Monthly and business development reports
  
• Customer profile and activity report
  
• Regional KA Review Report
  
• Monthly/Quarterly Reporting to Customers, as per agreed service levels and/or Key Performance Indicators.

• Degree/ Diploma
  
• Demonstrated B2B experience in achieving sales, profitability and budget goals with Key Accounts preferred with Service Industry experience
  
• Proven ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with internal and external working relationships
  
• Able to work under pressure to meet target given
  
• Class 3 license and must have own car
