Reporting to the Finance Shared Services Manager, you will be responsible for processing debtor payments and answering any customer account related queries.
Our Finance Shared Services team is responsible for maintaining LEAP’s creditor and debtor accounts.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist with overdue collection of outstanding debt
- Process all new business contracts in LEAP’s billing system, ensuring all paperwork is complete
- Process all renewals in Zuora, ensuring all paperwork is complete
- Process subscription amendments as required
- Maintain Zuora processing documentation
- Investigate and resolve customer queries specific to invoicing
- Identify cause and solution for customer queries, working with other departments to resolve
- Identify and rectifying incorrect details on client’s accounts
- Assist with any billing processes as required
- Process receipts and ensure they are allocated to the correct debtor accounts in a timely manner
- Work with Finance Shared Services Manager to ensure inbox is allocated correctly between Accounts Receivable and Collections
- Ad-hoc administration tasks
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Customer service experience
- Intermediate MS office skills
- Experience in a similar role (desired, but not essential)
- Degree or qualification in Accounting or Finance (desired, but not essential)
