About the role and team
We have an opportunity for a Service Clerk to join our Corporate Services Team based in our Perth office. The focus of this role is to provide a high level of customer service and support to partners and lawyers in the Perth office.  This is a full-time position and the hours are 8.30am to 5pm.
You will be responsible for the following; 
General Office

Opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail.
Coordinating and processing outgoing mail.
Booking couriers.
Banking as required.
Photocopying, scanning and binding documents.
USBs Encrypting USBs. Retrieving and upload incoming / outgoing files on encrypted USBs.
