6. Schedule large shipment and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items
7. Ensure the staff on hand can manage all incoming shipment 
8. Keep files of goods shipped and received. 
9. Check part after receiving from subcon

• Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions which include timely submission of P&L and balance sheet, reconciliation, AR, AP, financial reporting and other management reports.
