• Consolidates information from other department & guide other department in quality awareness
• Measures factory quality performance in regular basis
• Communicates with both buyers & suppliers in quality matter
• Measures the supplier performance for marketing strategy
• Guide QC Department, to perform & maintain the quality processes
• Involves on development of sewing technique
• Involves on factory evaluation process from the customers or buyers
• Provides regular quality report for management review
• Anticipates the problem since incoming material up to finished garment, including the testing requirement

• Previous experience with fabric and trim testing
• Knowledge and understanding of garment laboratory instrument
• Knowledge of Quality System, Laboratory Management System & Laboratory Design
• "At least 5 years of experience in Manufacture Laboratory"
• Manage the testing laboratory
• Manage the testing fabrics or yarns and trims to ensure a high quality of material is achieved
• Resolve quality issues and offer advice to leadership team and relevant departements
• Ensure testing SOPs
• Maintain customer certifications of the lab
