Responsibilities

▪Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable and
general ledger of the property division
▪Presentation of timely, accurate monthly accounts and analyses for management
review
▪Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports
▪Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts
▪Handle daily collections of cash & cheques and reconcile cash & cheques’
receipts with cash book on daily basis

Qualifications

Finance/Accounting in construction field background is an added value

Admin

• Perform daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls, office maintenance

• Ensure compliance with statutory and other regulatory requirements including accounting, legal, secretarial and tax matters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience. Candidate must possess at least LCCI/Post-Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations of accounts assigned including account receivable, journal entry, bank reconciliation

• Carry out account receivables, prepare invoices, official receipt, daily, weekly & monthly collection reports, work closely with operation and the team, etc.
• Monthly closing of management account in a timely manner
• Prepare weekly/monthly management, landlord reconciliation and sales commission reports
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support financial reporting
• Check and verify documents on reconciliation and ensure proper documentation for internal and external auditor’s review
• Timely reporting to Management
• Assist to update Balance Sheet and P&L Notes
• Involved in BS Notes review with the Group Finance Team
• Support Malaysia AR Finance Team from time to time (if any)

• Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance

• 1-2 Years working experience in Accounting and Finance role
