We are keen to work with you- the Digital Account Executive, a key representative and thought leader for our Regional Clients to create solid digital strategies, effective marketing solutions, deliver more valuable campaigns to brands. You will take responsible for all digital activities with the goal to maximize campaign’s efficiency and to assist in business growth.

Key Accountabilities
Client Account Management & Relationships
- Understands and embraces the agency's process while actively pursuing ways to innovate and refine in the name of excellent client work.
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients, internal and external teams
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, partners, and internal team
- Manages the day-to-day operation of the assigned accounts
- Establishes project schedules, briefings, and meetings and ensure timeline meets both team and client needs
- Leads partners and client team through project milestones
- Strives for the highest standards of quality and ensures that the agency's work delivers on the client's strategic goals, holding the client and internal teams accountable to agreed terms.
- Actively gathers project requirements and prepares complete documentation for internal scoping, as well as internal and client project kick-offs.
- Executes job orders, status reports, conference reports, estimates, and trafficking.
- Work closely with Account Manager, PM to evaluate and approve finance tracker, invoices, and reconciliation documents
- Partner closely with Account Manager, PM to ensure team and client needs are met on financial planning and tracking documents
- Share your knowledge about client, brand, and market learnings with your team, during planning and review meetings and on routing projects
- Proactively generates business ideas for both Client and the agency.
- Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and organized across multiple campaigns projects with various clients and deadlines
- Participate and lead, if appropriate, face to face client and vendor meetings
- Proactively resolve issues
Media Skills
- Knowledge of local APAC media landscape and global digital trends
- Ability to deliver integrated media solutions especially across SEM, Programmatic, Social, Display
- Keeps up with latest media trends and identifies opportunities for relevant clients. Working knowledge of digital tools (e.g. Google Ads, Campaign Manager, DV360, Adobe Analytics, Facebook/Instagram/Twitter, and Tik Tok)
- Post campaign reporting, with the ability to understand and analyze digital data, review reports and set benchmarks
- Maintain the high standard for accuracy and quality of work
- Develop media strategy for existing clients in close alignment with client’s business requirements
- Oversee campaign activities: to review campaign setup, performance optimization, and communicate media performance on time to responsible clients
- Support with development and execution of media strategies
- Coordinate with Account and Creative team for production on media projects
- Ensure revenue goals are met via the management of associated resources, product line profitability and new business growth.
Communication Skills
- Expresses oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
- Writes in a clear, compelling and concise manner
- Organizes ideas and information logically and sequentially
- Assists in the development of media/digital presentations and tactical POVs, as needed and presents with confidence and authority
- Ensure key information is provided to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status
- The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Specification
- Over 3 years experiences in digital marketing
- Strong digital expertise in emerging channels: Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, YouTube, Mobile Platforms, Marketplaces and CPAS
- Strong experience on managing Ecommerce campaigns on marketplace such as: Lazada, Shopee, Amazon…
- Good knowledge of Digital Advertising, Media Industry is important.
- Strong analysis, presenting and negotiation skills and the ability to learn quickly
- A keen interest in digital media with a passion to follow digital and advertising trends
