QUALIFICATIONS

• Expertise and experience in developing and operating library management system and databases (eg Spydus & WorldCat), RFID system, as well as other library systems are required
• 4 or more years of working experience in a reference library and archives role
• Willingness to travel to Southeast Asia for the purpose of building up overall collection

In this role you’ll develop creative concepts and provide coordination, support, and leadership to help external partners generate outstanding online and social media content for our Thai audiences.

The ideal candidate for this role is a creative hybrid with a strong social media background and experience in driving content initiatives forward from ideation to creation and distribution. Most importantly, you like to have fun at work and have a desire to make a positive impact for music fans and audio listeners in Thailand.

What you’ll do:

• - Help make Spotify the go-to destination for music fans and audio listeners in Thailand.
• - Lead content marketing initiatives in Thailand, including social media, artists and podcast releases, snackable content productions, and editorial partnerships content promotions.
• - Your strong expertise, understanding, and instincts for culture and trends will help develop, create, and produce best-in-class marketing content across the region.
• - Manage a social media presence that people look forward to hearing from and engaging with.
• - Drive regional always-on content marketing programs.
• - Work closely with cross-functional Spotify teams locally and across the globe.
• - Work closely and manage external partners (creative, media, and social agencies)

Who you are:

• - A minimum of 5-8+ years experience in content marketing (including social media) across strategy and creative in Thailand
• - Has experience working for brands, especially in music or entertainment industry in the local Thai market
• - Confident in planning and crafting strategies for social media and content marketing campaigns with the extension across other media platforms
• - Planning and distributing strategies for social media has been an integral part of your previous work history
• - Broader marketing experience across all marketing & media channels, including influencers is a plus
• - Understand what makes Thailand culture distinct
• - Strong analytical skills and experience in working with ad-tech tools is a plus
• - Expert at establishing relationships with internal and external collaborators
• - You are a self-learner, become comfortable with constantly evolving environments and challenging goals
• - You are well organised, and dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver and pay outstanding attention to detail
• - You are adept at analyzing and interpreting data and using it to set goals
• - You are creative and always on the pulse of culture especially social media trends and tech innovations
• - Familiarity with Spotify as a user and fan is a requirement
• - Due to the requirements of the role, you should be a native Thai with a deep understanding of local culture

This role is to elevate our APAC marketing capability efforts through the partnership with Global marketing capability

team, BU categories and sector marketing execellence team to develop and deploy world class marketing capability

content and drive the capability building with perfect implementation across BUs to elevate PepsiCo’s talent advantage

and sustain as a global leader in Convenient Foods and Beverages.

Accountabilities

• Idenfity and evaluate marketing capailibity development opportunities to help transformation of marketing function Provide thought leadership on best ways to achieve program objectives and to fill capability gaps with systematic plans, with a multi-year roadmap. Partnership with global marketing capability team, and sector marketing teams to drive sustainable and sophisticated tracking and measurement across programs.
• Coordinate with BU category and marketing excellence teams to drive key marketing transformation projects and ensure the new capabilities are landing on BU teams
• Provide connection to and integration with other strategic business & capability programs leveraging PEP U, Functional and Sector initiatives.
• Validate and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of new and existing training and development programs to ensure that capability priorities are being achieved for the function.
• Keep eyes on the emerging trends and best practices, particularly as they relate to marketing capability, and make recommendations on how to apply new approaches.
• Lead the end-to-end project management of the BAM awards designed to reward and recognize outstanding marketing and brand growth activities’ execution across APAC each BUs
• Lead APAC level marketing communication agenda inc. APAC Marketing townhall, marketing spotlight etc.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
• At least 10 years working experience related to Marketing with critical experience preferred
• With strong leadership, organizational savvy and high learning agility
• Strong timeline and project management capability.
• Ability to build excellent relationships, including senior leader stakeholder management
• Knowledge of PepsiCo Marketing organization and previous brand management experience preferred
• Experience with Learning and Development, training content development and center of excellence experience is an advantage.
