Production Manager Role
We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee a team of Supervisors, Team Leaders, and approximately 35+ full-time staff. This role is responsible for overseeing the shifts Production facilities, ensuring that the goods are produced efficiently, on time and to a high standard as per the customers' specifications. The role is responsible for completing the daily plan and holding Supervisors and Team leaders accountable for their team's performance. Production Manager Key Responsibilities

Core

- Oversee the production process, co-ordinate production plans ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.

You’ll be assigned to the Buying, Supply Chain and Merchandising teams value stream, who are focused on how we use technology to maximise value in how we get our systems into the business.

Main duties of our Product Manager;


Champions a Digital-first approach; inspires teams to think about internal and external customer’s digital experience throughout the process.
Acts as product owner/champion for one or more products.
Manages the full product life cycle to ensure that user needs are met and that financial and other targets are achieved.
Engages with senior business stakeholders to understand business drivers and goals
Lead discovery processes to fully understand customer and business needs and opportunities.
Analyses market and/or user research, feedback, expert opinion and usage data to understand needs and opportunities.
Develops product propositions and determines product positioning and variants for different user roles.
Work with teams to find options and converge on proposed solutions.
Prioritises product requirements, develops product roadmaps, owns the product backlog and ensures it’s visible and understood.
Guide difficult decision-making to agree scope for minimum launchable products without losing sight of overall business goals.
Support delivery teams with decisions that guide execution and steer delivery progress.
Coordinates customer testing and product launches and supports communications and training.
Anticipates changes in customer/user needs and adapts products and creates product retirement and transitioning plans where appropriate


About you


Experienced IT/systems project manager/product manager
Ideally 3+ year of experience in a product owner or similar role
Experience and proficiency in Agile tools like AZURE DevOps or JIRA
Experience of using agile methodologies such as Scrum – CSPO certification desirable or similar
Proven track record of delivering commercially viable products which improve customer experience

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced product manager for our innovative trade finance product development. You will be responsible for designing new financing products in the e-Commerce landscape, keep iterative features enhancement for existing products. To become the fast mover in the marketplace, delivering innovative FinTech products.

What you need to do

• Take ownership of the product development process, from ideation, product development to executing and managing the products
• Lead the workflow design and business requirements gathering process to collect and analyze requirements
• Analyse functional requirements, identify constraints/risks and translate into technical solutions
• Design and prepare related documentation, i.e. product requirement document, functional design specification, business workflow manual and user manual, etc
• Participate in system testing, post-launch user training and product marketing material
• Serve as a subject matter expert within key business and supporting processes and systems
• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure deliverables under product governance

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Finance, Information Technology and related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of trade finance products development experience, or relevant experience in banking, FinTech or eCommerce industry.
• Good communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer handling will be an advantage
• Strong entrepreneurial streak with a blend of technical and business savviness
• Digitally savvy with a mature mentality in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Innovative, self-motivated, business value-oriented and be a good team player
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
