Primary Purpose
ACCSS Digital is looking for a Content Manager with both Social Media and Online Web working experience to join our web team.
The Content Manager will be responsible for bringing online web and social media initiatives to life through project management, content creation, excellent copywriting, social monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of strategy. The Content Manager will have a strong and intimate knowledge of the online and social media landscape, strategic initiatives, project management, content development and writing creative copy. The Content Manager must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and be team oriented. This candidate must possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in social media or content creation for a brand or agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Company’s Social Media Pages and website through creating, managing, and growing ACCSS presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Collaborate on messaging for announcements, statements, PR, and other digital communications for ACCSS
- Creates content for online web and social media channels for our clients
- Provide Strategic insight and planning on social media strategy and assisting in devising campaign tactics for our clients
- Project management and oversea client’s online web and social media programs and ensure all strategic and tactical requirements are in place and adhered to
- Provide insight and execution for Client’s marketing and other department teams to ensure marketing and social strategies will have the greatest impact across all channels
- Manage overall analytics for Social Media including daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting on campaign performance, social interaction and digital communications
- Mine analytics data and develop strategies for content creation, optimizing social channels and initiatives, increase engagement and ROI, and to build brand awareness
- Monitor and evaluate Social Media results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis in line with clients’ goals and benchmarks
- Utilizing social listening tools to understand current conversations and how it can create new online and social opportunities for our clients
- Monitoring ongoing social and cultural conversation to identify content opportunities and action through content copy, and work with Creative team on photography and/or graphic design
- Working cross functionally with creative to ensure brand quality, efficiency, and collaboration
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports that contain metrics and analysis of social media channels for ACCSS and our clients
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of trends, tools, applications, and emerging technologies in the online and social media space.

- 2-3 years of social media experience for a brand or agency
- Experienced in professional writing structure knowledge
- Ability to toggle between different writing styles
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their communities (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and how they can be deployed in various initiatives
- Photography and/or graphic design skills preferred but not mandatory
- Strong MAC, PC, OS proficiency
- Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite with proficiency in Lightroom and/or Photoshop preferred
