The Talent

• A bachelor's degree in IT or related disciplines, and preferably a master's degree and PMP certification
• Project management and business analyst skills in core banking systems
• Functional experiences in IT corporate banking activities and products
• At least 7 years of experience in financial services as a project manager / analyst
• Experience in managing or contributing significantly to at least one system migration project
• SQL, Unix, and technical IT knowledge
• Strong diplomatic and motivational skills to lead and collaborate with various business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to work under multiple projects within respective timeframes.

• Management of assigned Wide Area Network (WAN) projects and transitions complying to Project Management Methodology that covers Initiation, Define, Organise & Plan, Implement & Control and Handover & Closure.
