Your key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, sales staff and customer service group including on-site visits. Develop new application protocols for specific product needs (e.g. validation of new product matrices).

Roles and Responsibilities

1. The Product Support Engineer is a key member of our Engineering Department.
2. The Product Support Engineer will be part of a team that provides technical support for our company's range of cybersecurity related products and services.
3. The Product Support Engineer's role will include, but not limited to, solution design, architecting, configuration, demonstration, implementation, technical support and troubleshooting of our range of products and services.
4. The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for the successful completion of projects and technical escalations to solve our Customer's cybersecurity problems.

Qualifications

1. The candidate should preferably have 2 or more years of relevant working experience in network, server and desktop technologies.
2. However fresh graduates with strong technical skills with excellent attitude and are fast learners are welcome to apply.

JOB SCOPE / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Contribute as a team player in a multidisciplinary team in employment planning, placement and support services for client with acquired physical disabilities to return to employment.

2. Provide job coaching including pre-employment preparation, on-the-job training and facilitation of a support network for clients through regular goal setting and review.

3. Conduct vocational assessment and exploration, job search, advocate for clients, engage with and educate potential employers on internship and employment issues for clients.

4. Secure training courses, open employment and apprenticeship opportunities/ job trials for clients. Tap on relevant schemes and subsidies for persons with disabilities that may facilitate their return to work process.

B. JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENT
