Position Overview:
As a Care & Advocacy Specialist, the individual will be responsible for case-managing NeuGen families. KeyStart is a home ownership programme supporting families with children living in rental communities who aspire to own homes. We hope to transform the lives of families with children through stable, adequate, and conducive housing; by providing financial support, housing case work support, and transitional support to families as we journey with them towards home ownership.

The Senior Home Ownership Specialist, under the supervision of the Head of Department (Home Ownership), is a key member of the Home Ownership team. He/She will assist in the management of the Home Ownership team, as well as in mentoring and supervising the Junior Home Ownership Specialists. In addition, as a Senior Home Ownership Specialist, he/she will need to support families in various meaningful ways along their home ownership journey.

• Direct work: build strong and supportive relationships with families who are on the KeyStart programme through consistent engagements; provide housing guidance to support families in overcoming their barriers and difficulties faced to achieve home ownership; and advocate together with families to key stakeholders so that they can access the resources they need to overcome systemic barriers that families face in their home ownership journey.

Job Responsibilities:
