• Communicate with management and users for requirement gathering and analysis.
• Design and develop web application and cross platform mobile application for Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Manage and manipulate data in RDBMS.
• Maintain and support existing software products on issues that arise.
• Plan, document and execute software testing activities.
• Meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within budget and to corporate satisfaction.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT equivalent qualifications or related work experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in .NET Core and Web API development is a must have.
• Minimum 2-4 years experiences in web development.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL and SQL scripting.
• Experience in Blazor WebAssembly is preferable. Experience in other .NET products will be an added advantage, such as WinForms and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong communication skill and collaboration spirit to work together with other team members, and to be able to deal with users from around the globe.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and experience in using collaboration tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps Server and/or JIRA.

Job Description :

• Prepare project design documents, drawings & budgetary proposals.

Senior Engineer, Firmware Engineering (Firmware Validation)

What You Will Do 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Be part of the development team that validate and deliver quality firmware for Enterprise data storage products. 
• Learn and understand complex technical hard drive specifications and apply that knowledge to enhance test suite and test processes. 
• Executed regression and end-to-end scenario test cases to validate business, system and operational requirements. 
• Develop software tools to improve test processes. 
• Proactively seize for test suite quality improvement plans with data analytic approach. 
• Devise strategies for in-depth functionality and compatibility testing of complex drive features. 
• Collaborate with Test Dev engineers, Firmware Engineers and other functional teams, independently in issue resolutions. 
• Familiar with using Protocol Analyzers to understand and analyze traces for failure investigation. 

Responsible for providing end users support such as troubleshooting PC/Notebook, configuring software, troubleshooting applications software, asset management including deployment and refreshment, installing and configuring phones/tablets, printers, local area networks, wide area networks, any piece of computer related peripheral or software that end user would be using. IT engineer has to perform their daily tasks by providing a high level of customer service to the end user.

• Provide level 1 support (assistance through phone calls, remote sessions, email, and ticketing tools)
